  -  Submit the following

        1.  $100 Membership Dues from each Association

        3.  Contact information for Voting Rep, President & Treasurer including Name, Address and Telephone Number.

  -  Accept recommendations for Baseball Commissioner

CBC Monthly Meeting @ Wagner Building, 7:30 PM

  -  Approve Baseball Commissioner

  -  Review baseball orders

  -  Provide "tentative" Team Count for Practice Time Calculation

  -  Distribute Rules & By-Law changes to voting reps

  -  Submit required $50 per Team Deposit (this is to cover annual Medical

     Insurance Premium)

  -  Review All Star commitment

  -  New Coaches must complete Revised Background Checks

  -  Discuss possible tournaments

     Note: All request for "EXCEPTIONS" must be given to the Commissioner

     of Baseball by March 20th.
Feb 26 Sat Distribute Practice Schedules and baseball orders at Gee Bee Sporting Goods 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM - All outstanding fees must be paid before receiving a practice schedule.
