An affiliate of Pony Baseball, Inc. T-ball and Pee-Wee Leagues (age 5-6)- A rudimentary form of baseball focuses on instruction rather that competition. Coaches are permitted on the field to teach as the game is in progress. Players have the opprotunity to try various positions. The idea is to help the very young learn the basic fundamentals of the game by actually playing it. A batting tee is used in T-ball so the beginner can learn to swing the bat properly. In Pee-Wee, the coach pitches to the batter. The playing field is tailored to fit the needs of players, as in all of CBC's age division brackets.
